Much of my work since about 2018 has included time spent with Allan Winkler in his shop where he focuses on building, repairing, and restoring harpsichords & clavichords. My time there has been some of the most rewarding work I’ve done and Allan has become one of my favorite people I’ve been able to spend time with. I’ve learned so much from him and continue to do so - it’s a joy of my life to be able to count him as a mentor, a colleague, and a friend.
